Frequent objections

1. Shipping a kitchen from Germany takes too long.

We deliver German kitchens within 90 days, including full installation at the client’s home.

Most local factories promise 3–4 months. Even when they say 2 months, the actual assembly and fixing of issues can take another 2–4 weeks.

Our 90-day process can often be shortened to 60 days because it’s built around two key stages.

The first stage is manufacturing. With Nobilia producing 4,000 kitchens per day, kitchens can often be scheduled and produced within 2–3 weeks. Once an order is placed, the production week is immediately assigned and visible to the client.

The second stage is shipping. Sea freight typically takes 14 days. Once the kitchen reaches the warehouse in Germany, we arrange container shipping directly to Israel.

Total process: 2 weeks for production, 1 week for handling, 2 weeks for sea freight — that’s 5 weeks. In most cases, we can deliver within 2 months.

This is a well-established, German-style process: scheduled, precise, and predictable. Unless force majeure events occur, the deadlines are reliably met.

(For potential post-delivery issues, see point 2.)

2. Shipping a kitchen from Germany carries the risk of missing parts and delayed completion.

A) Kitchen assembly takes only 1–3 days.

B) Nobilia kitchens are produced using a fully automated, computerized process. All elements are assembled into a single shipment directly from the production line.

C) We receive ready-to-install modules — pre-assembled drawer units, cabinets, and components. There’s no room for missing items.

D) This is a German process. Unlike some southern European suppliers, Germans are known for their precision and order. This drastically reduces the chance of any missing parts.

E) In the rare event of a missing item, we guarantee delivery by air within a maximum of 7 days.

3. You’re new to the market — what if we pay and you disappear?

A) We are the official dealer of Nobilia, the world’s largest kitchen factory.

B) Our investment in launching this business in Israel amounts to several million shekels.

C) Our payment schedule is split into four stages:

1. 15% upon signing the contract — including a complete project that can be used at any other kitchen company.
2. 25–30% after the order is confirmed by the factory and a production date is assigned — your kitchen is then officially secured.
3. The remaining balance is paid progressively during the process.
4. Even in the unlikely event that our company disappears, your risk is minimal. You can buy your kitchen directly from the factory for only 40–45% of the total price.

4. What if you go bankrupt — who will provide the warranty?

A) We provide a 10-year factory warranty on all kitchen components.

B) This means Nobilia will replace any faulty parts — no questions asked. The factory protects its 50+ year reputation by handling warranty claims promptly and professionally.

C) If we ever disappear, clients can contact the factory directly or go through another authorized dealer. Israel will not be left without representation.

5. German cabinet finishes will fade in the sun and lose their color.

A) Nobilia has 9 international quality certificates — the maximum for any European manufacturer — including UV testing and color retention.

B) Every surface is tested in the factory’s lab under simulated sunlight conditions.

C) Each production batch is tested. If any issue is found, the whole batch is rejected. Local factories rarely follow such strict standards.

6. German kitchens can’t withstand Israel’s humidity and climate.

A) The same international certificates cover resistance to humidity and temperature changes.

B) Surfaces are tested under cycles of moisture, heat, and drying.

C) If material degradation is detected — the batch is removed from production.

Again, we don’t know of local factories with comparable testing procedures.

7. Can the stone countertop crack during transport?

A) All countertops are securely packed at the factory, which ships to 160 countries.

B) We’ve never had a single case of damage.

C) If you want to eliminate all risk — we can supply countertops from trusted local manufacturers as part of the kitchen package.

8. Are there real customer reviews?

Yes, reviews and photos of assembled kitchens are available on our website.
