Quality marks
The German quality label THE GOLDEN M is appreciated internationally and is one of the highest quality certificates. For consumers, it means assurance that the product is of first-class quality and produced in an environmentally friendly way. The DGM emission class meets all world requirements; Linea kitchen furniture has been awarded the highest emission class A. GS (Geprüfte Sicherheit) is a certificate issued by the LGA in Nuremberg. The LGA is part of an international service group and is the largest and most important furniture testing organization in Europe.
International certification
Linea Furniture holds international quality certificates:
DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015 (international certification standard, which deals with the requirements for quality management systems and criteria for effective management to ensure the most productive operation of the enterprise), DIN EN ISO 14001: 2015 (international certification standard, which forms the requirements for environmental management systems), DIN EN ISO 50001:2018 (the certificate defines a list of requirements for a full range of works in the company's energy management system (energy management)).
International awards
Many of the designs used to produce our kitchens have won top international prizes and awards. For example, the SENSYS wide-angle hinge used in Linea kitchens won the Red Dot Design Award 2014, as well as the iF Product Design Award 2014 for outstanding design.
The Xtra worktop has also been awarded the «KüchenInnovation des Jahres® 2018» (Kitchen Innovation of the Year) consumer product prize, the pro-K Award and the prestigious Red Dot Award in the «Produkt Design» category (product design).
Shelf load 50 kg per 1 sq. m
Linea kitchens have amazing shelf loading capabilities! All shelves (including loose ones) can handle loads of up to 50 kg/m2. This is equivalent to more than 80 dinner plates. For drawers 120 cm wide, the load is up to 80 kg! Different systems and mechanisms are used for structural strength. For example, the Profi+ drawer system is made of very high quality steel, which gives them a great modern look and always up-to-date style. The frame has a double silver finish. Light and temperature testing
The kitchen is a place of extreme temperature and humidity fluctuations. The German quality of the products is confirmed by a set of tests to which all elements and surfaces are exposed before being put into production. Testing in the QC laboratory also includes climatic tests: sharp changes in temperature (-20°C to +50°C) and humidity several times, cycles in accordance with global DIN standards. The surface of the furniture is tested with UV lamps to create an aging effect. The manufacturer can accurately determine the degree of discoloration of the facades over time and avoid color deviations.
Testing in the QC lab
Linea kitchens have their own QC test laboratory, where furniture, components and materials are subjected to extensive tests to ensure their suitability for daily use. They are expected to last 15 years. All materials used are tested for this minimum service life. A comprehensive inspection system covers all phases of production, starting with goods receipt and manufacturing up to delivery. In addition to the test benches, 21 kitchens are subjected to a full quality check every day. We guarantee the quality of our kitchens down to the last detail.
Assembly quality
We guarantee the high-quality work of our professionals in the assembly of all kitchen elements. All company specialists have undergone a series of trainings, so Hausmaster guarantees quality at all stages of work when ordering a kitchen - from the signing of documents to the moment of comfortable operation. During the assembly, we use the latest mechanisms with opening up to 90 degrees, ensuring maximum convenience and durability of all parts and structures.
